Natalia has extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation with more than 14 years focusing on all aspects of management, leadership, M&E systems development and implementation. She has a special interest in programme assessments, planning and evaluation, rectifying service gaps and enhancing capacities of implementers and beneficiaries. Her employment has been primarily in the HIV and Public health sector. Natalia has also been involved in research projects, database conceptualization and design, management of project databases, and management of Youth Friendly Sexual Reproductive Health clinics and programmes in Namibia. Natalia is in the final year of doing her honours at University of Namibia, specializing in Adult Education and Community Development. She currently has a Diploma in this field as well. Natalia recently completed a certificate course in DHIS 2 with Unisa in December 2016.
