    Senior Software Engineer

    Mr Mike Nelushi is a Senior Software Engineer/ Architect with more than 8 years of experience in IT fields and works for HISP. As a senior software engineer he is responsible for the development/support of software produced by HISP. Prior to joining HISP, Mr. Nelushi worked as a Software Engineer at First National Bank (FNB). He holds a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from the University of Cape Town.

    Mojca started her career in a Slovenian Bank, working very closely with SMEs, where she became Deputy Branch Manager. After three years she decided to move to London and pursue an MBA and CIMA studies. While studying she developed a passion for adjacent markets in the mobile industry. Even though she was still studying she started working for a consultancy company focusing on MMU strategy development. With her final project (Mobile Money Strategy Development in Zambia) she outlined the importance of interrelation between MMU, mHealth, mAgri, mWomen and mLearning.

    After joining the GSMA, Mojca initially worked as Programme Coordinator and Research Analyst responsible for the mHealth Tracker, sharing mHealth knowledge through various social media channels. Mojca’s current role is mHealth Project Manager. After the initial succes in South Africa, Mojca today oversees 4 mNutrition focused countries: Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique and Zambia.

    Mr. Mulumba is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and has over Ten Years' experience in the areas of health equity, drafting legal documents and in public health law analysis, review and advice. He has a Bachelor's of Laws, a Post Graduate Bar Course Diploma, a Master of Philosophy and a Master of Laws.

    He has been an African Advisor to the HIV and the Law Commission and coordinates the Health Equity work within EQUINET in 16 East and South African Countries. Mr. Mulumba has been a legal consultant for the Equity Watch report process in Uganda. He recently joined the Joint Action and Learning Initiative on National and Global Responsibilities for Health (JALI) which is developing ideas towards the formulation of the Framework Convention on Global Health (FCGH).

    He was one of the legal consultants for Greenfield Management Solutions, on ESA's project for Developing a Model Law on Regulatory Aspects of Satellite-Enhance Telemedicine and eHealth for sub-Saharan Africa (eHSA).

    His current focus is access to information as a right and how this affects the right to health, he is also interested in the regulatory aspects of e-health and how these interface with equity in health in limited resource settings with a focus on the sub-sahara region.
